I agree with @Brad and @bowlineknot; the meeting will likely lean heavily with Boston based members if its after the final conference day. Any chance it can be Tuesday night, so it doesn’t conflict with Hamilton’s party? You might get a lot more non-Boston based members that way!

I’m so sad I can’t make it this year! Maybe next time it’s in San Diego, I’ll make it out.

Sorry about the date I should have created a survey or something earlier 
. However in other good news. We scored as an event space (thanks to the blessing of SLAS) the Westin directly outside the convention center. The catch was the only day it was available was the 7th.
