We are exporting a method and trying to import the method to a PC with similar Venus software and the Hamilton robots have identical firmware.
It is a modified version of the NexteraXT method.
When we start the method error below is shown.
Does someone know how to fix this error? We are beginners and have not much experience in programming.
Hi Sanne,
You’ll need to run the installer for the Inheco driver in order to clear the error. The method import transferred the library files, but the installer must also be run on the new system.
