We are using a Microlab STAR from Hamilton and we were not able to create a sequence with disposable pippettes where the robot pick ONE pipette, aspirate reagent and dispense in two different wells. My best effort produced 2-1-2 sequence, where for some unknown reason, the robot is picking two pipettes, going to the same well and dispensing in two wells. Any suggestion?
