Has anyone ever had the error: Initialization position of squeezer drive not found or blocked? Error happened after run when tip was not ejected from channel. Now the system is having a hard time talking to channel. Whenever I try to do the maintenance that error shows up!

I would suggest opening a service ticket to arrange for an engineer to come out and take a look at your system. You can open a ticket by emailing roboticservice@hamiltoncompany.com, with details of the issue you’re having, the serial number of the instrument, and your contact information.
