Ordering a MLP and was wondering what type of methods everyone is running on them? We have a main usage in mind but I wanted to add other methods to get more use out of it, such as pooling.

I’ve made mostly nucleic acid purification protocols on mine, but it’s well suited for small jobs like reformatting plates/samples, PCR, probably lib prep, and other jobs like that. As long as your job is standard and the only thing you’re changing is sample number, then you’re likely covered. Be sure to keep the original shipping box in case you ever need repairs! They’ll bill you for a new one if you don’t have it.

Congrats! I see a lot of labs using it for serial dilutions (easily one of the most popular uses). Replicates are another big one.
