Hi, have you managed to use the smart commands? I supported US colleagues to set up a script remotely using smart commands. They have Fluent we have EVOs. We seem to have found a bug in 3.3 re residence time. If you increase residence time it should slow the flow rate but on timing the dispense step it actually increased it. We switched to using flow rate and method worked fine. Tecan say this bug is updated in 3.4
